Stretched Canvases/Paper prints are printed on demand and have a timeline of 3 weeks.
All Shazzy Campbell Artworks are dispatched using Aramex couriers for Australian orders, in some cases Australia Post will be used for Paper Prints.
Phone Cases are made to order and have a delivery time of 8- 21 business days. They are shipped by Printify.
If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched from our studio. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible.

A: Yes, canvas prints are ready to hang with the option to add a a floating oak frame. Fine art prints do not have the option for framing allowing you to pick your own frame once you receive your print.
Q: What is a floating frame?
A: floating frame is a frame designed specifically for canvas artwork.
Instead of the frame covering the edge of the canvas like a traditional frame, it sits slightly away from the artwork creating a small gap all the way around.
That gap is what makes it look like the artwork is “floating” inside the frame.

A:The space between the canvas and the frame is intentional.
