Returns & Refunds

If something’s not right with your order, I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your artwork arriving. To start one, just email me at shazzy@shazzycampbellart.com and I’ll walk you through it.

Returns are posted to: 34 Marion Street, Tugun, QLD 4224.

Under Australian consumer law, return shipping is covered by you — unless your piece is faulty or isn’t covered under consumer guarantee, in which case it’s on me.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please check your order the moment it arrives. If anything’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact me straight away and I’ll sort it out for you.
