Refund policy

If there is an issue with your order I will do my best to rectify the situation.  Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. 

To start a return, you can contact shazzy@shazzycampbellart.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 34 Marion Street, Tugun, Queensland 4224 

As per Australia’s consumer protection laws, shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by Shazzy Campbell Art. Only faulty merchandise or products not covered under consumer guarantee will return shipment be paid by Shazzy Campbell Art.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
