This Art Commission Agreement is made between:

Artist: Shazzy Campbell

Client: Jo Irwin

By commissioning artwork from Shazzy Campbell, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Commission Details

• The commissioned artwork will be based on the provided reference photo.

• The reference photo serves as a guide; however, due to the nature of original art, an exact replica cannot be guaranteed.

• Estimated completion time: 6-8 weeks from the date of deposit payment.

2. Payments & Refunds

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full upon completion before shipping.

3. Viewing & Approval

• The Client will receive one pre-shipment viewing of the completed artwork.

• Minor adjustments may be requested, but major revisions will not be possible.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Artwork will be shipped via Aramex Couriers, fully insured.

• A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

• Shipping costs are included in the final invoice unless otherwise specified.

5. Ownership & Copyright

• The Artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork.

• The Client may display the artwork for personal use but may not reproduce or resell it without written permission.

6. Agreement Confirmation

By submitting the deposit, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
